How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within [X] working days. Delivery to Italy typically takes [X–X] working days; rest of EU [X–X] working days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within [X] days of ordering, email us and we'll chase it.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed, and a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't pay return postage on a faulty item.
Who pays return postage if I just changed my mind?

The products
Do these need batteries?
No. Everything in the shop is USB powered — any phone charger, laptop port or power bank will run them. The Moon Lamp has an internal rechargeable battery so it runs cordless once charged.
Are they safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. All our lights are LED, so they stay cool to the touch. The Cloud Diffuser shuts itself off automatically when the water tank runs dry.
Will the Sunset Projector work in a bright room?
Not well — it needs a dim room to look good. Best results on a light-coloured wall from 30–80 cm away.
What oils work in the Cloud Diffuser?
Any water-soluble essential oil. Two or three drops per fill is plenty. Rinse the tank once a week.
